Carolanne is the best! We hired her to help us find a home because we were renting. She was very familiar with Fuquay and we appreciated her expertise because we were new to Fuquay. We requested to view a few homes from our own search, but she quickly discovered our preferences and needs and made some recommendations. We found the most BEAUTIFUL home at an affordable price and we never could have done it without her! Even better, she helped us to get in and spend Christmas there. She is a gem and she knows her house stuff too- she even pointed out a structural issues in one of our first viewings that we never would have seen- we are so glad we moved on to our dream home!!
